You will receive an email confirmation of your order as soon as is reasonably possible.

You will be notified separately if the goods are unavailable or if your order cannot be fulfilled for any other reason.

If at any time you wish to alter the details of your order, please contact customer services as soon as possible.

You will not be able to alter the details of the order after the goods have been despatched.

We will despatch your order to a UK (Mainland) address during normal business hours within 3 days, unless we have notified you otherwise.
Postage/Carriage prices are for UK Mainland. Please ask for postage to NI and Scottish Highlands.

You must notify us of any shortages within 24 hours of delivery.

When goods arrive damaged, they must be signed for as such.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

You must obtain a return authorisation number before the return of any goods.

Free delivery applies to UK Mainland orders over £100.00 + vat. Items over 20kg are not included in our free delivery promotion (example; Rocksalt).

Due to the diverse range of products available on our website, carriage charges are based on weight, length and delivery location.

If you request goods to be left without signature, e.g. round the back of the house or on front porch etc this is at your own risk - we cannot take responsibility for goods that are subsequently stolen or damaged.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.

Products that have been worn or used will not be accepted for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Products that have been altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Items that have to be made to order (e.g. keyed alike locks/locks that share the same key) will take longer. If your order is time sensitive please let us know when ordering.

Delivery charges are only refundable where the manufacturer deems goods faulty and a refund is made.

Faulty goods will be repaired or replaced where necessary before a refund is offered.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, unless we have notified you otherwise.

Offers, Promotions and Products can be removed from the website at anytime without notice.

Returning items over our trade counter will not be accepted without a valid proof of purchase.

Orders will not be placed unless a deposit/payment in full has been taken.

Items cancelled or returned may be subject to a restocking charge. Items ordered/made to your exact requirements may be subject to a 'no returns' policy.
